About your nurse
With over 30 years of nursing experience, I bring safe, gentle, and professional mobile ear wax removal right to your doorstep in Kamloops, British Columbia. Learn more about my nursing background, why I started this in-home service, and how I prioritize your comfort and well-being.
Three decades of dedicated nursing care
As a registered nurse with 30 years of clinical experience, I noticed that essential procedures once routinely handled in physician offices have become increasingly difficult for patients to access. I established Gentle Ear Care: RN Services-Kamloops to bridge this gap, offering trusted clinical care directly within the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Gentle, safe, and comfortable procedures
A common concern many clients have is whether ear cerumen removal will hurt, or if wax is even the true cause of their symptoms. I start by carefully examining your ear canal with an otoscope to confirm if wax is present and discuss whether treatment is truly necessary. To ensure a pain-free experience, I utilize gentle low-pressure irrigation or, when the wax is near the entrance and the eardrum is clearly visible, manually remove it using a specialized curette.
Serving Kamloops families, seniors, and busy individuals
Travelling to a crowded clinic or waiting room can be challenging, stressful, and time-consuming. In-home ear care is particularly beneficial for seniors, individuals coping with mobility limitations, busy families, and active working professionals. By coming directly to your home, I provide a safer, more convenient, and completely stress-free alternative to traditional clinic visits.
"Having a professional nurse visit my home made the entire procedure relaxing, pain-free, and so simple."
